Welcome to 288won. The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 288won ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all use of the 288won website at 288won.net, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any associated products and services offered thereunder.

By accessing any part of the 288won platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and accept them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of 288won immediately.

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 288won platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's 288won account, comprising real-money funds and separately tracked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 288won that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, excluding bonus credits.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and any other wagering products available on the 288won platform.
• "Sports Betting" means the wagering services offered by 288won on cricket, football, UFC, and other sporting events.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under 288won's compliance obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to 288won is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or 288won's internal compliance policies.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off features available within the 288won account dashboard.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 288won account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 288won enforces a minimum age of 21 on all accounts without exception.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access and use online gambling services.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the account.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 288won employee, director, or contractor.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from 288won under any prior account.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may register and maintain only one 288won account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 288won employs automated and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed, and all funds held across those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number where applicable. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Verification & KYC

288won is required to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting real-money play or processing withdrawal requests. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

3.1 Documents Required

288won may request any of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months.
• Proof of payment method — screenshots or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of funds documentation where required by compliance policies.

3.2 Timing of Verification

288won reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or during a routine compliance review. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Data Handling

All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with 288won's Privacy Policy. Documents are reviewed by authorised compliance staff only and are stored securely. Please refer to the 288won Privacy Policy for full details of how personal data is collected, stored, and processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

288won accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Credit and debit card processing may also be available subject to card scheme rules and jurisdictional restrictions. 288won does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed on the same business day. Raast and 1LINK transfers typically process within five to ten minutes. 288won does not impose fees on standard PKR deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within minutes of approval. Bank withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. 288won reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and per account tier. Current limits are displayed in the 288won cashier at the time of transaction. 288won may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

288won offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms stated at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all 288won bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotional offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Game contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Abuse: 288won reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 288won — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sports events including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, and UFC — are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by the specific rules applicable to each game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288won does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game round or sports market — including disconnections, software faults, or data feed errors — 288won reserves the right to void affected bets. In such cases, original stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per market, and per account. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• 288won sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• 288won reserves the right to restrict maximum winnings on any single bet or game session. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game or market.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets without direct human input is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 288won. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or forged identification or verification documents during KYC.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Money laundering — using the 288won platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players — coordinating bets or game play with other players in a manner that is designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Unauthorised access to another player's account, or any attempt to do so.
• Use of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure account location in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate 288won transaction with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services in exchange for that payment.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 288won platform — including but not limited to the 288won brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, text, graphics, images, and data — is the property of 288won or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 288won platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 288won content without express prior written authorisation from 288won.

All game content on the 288won platform is licensed from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other certified providers. Intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studios.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288won's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288won shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 288won platform.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances outside 288won's reasonable control.
• Third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures beyond 288won's control.
• Any action taken by 288won in good faith pursuant to these Terms — including account suspension or closure where grounds under these Terms are satisfied.

10 Responsible Gaming

288won takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to support Players in maintaining healthy gambling behaviour and accessing help where needed.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to receive automatic reminders or forced logouts after a defined period of play.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who need to take a break from gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from 288won by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is applied immediately across all 288won products.
• Reality Checks: Session time notifications can be enabled to prompt awareness of time spent gambling.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

288won reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or financial institution.
• The Player is discovered to be, or 288won reasonably believes the Player to be, located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure, 288won will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding investigations, minus any amounts validly offset against obligations owed by the Player to 288won. Bonus funds are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 288won account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and 288won in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any transaction, the following process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a written complaint to the 288won support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the account username, transaction references where applicable, and the nature of the complaint.
2. Acknowledgement: 288won will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within two business days.
3. Resolution: 288won will investigate and provide a substantive written response within fourteen days of acknowledgement. Complex cases may require additional time, in which case the Player will be notified of the expected resolution timeline.
4. Escalation: If the Player is unsatisfied with 288won's resolution, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution process available under 288won's operating licence.

Players must not initiate chargebacks or third-party payment disputes before exhausting the 288won internal complaints process. Premature chargebacks may constitute a breach of these Terms.

13 Amendments to These Terms

288won reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 288won will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 288won platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288won holds its operating licence.

Players accessing 288won from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws. 288won makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions.
